In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better As the Operations Planning Manager you will be part of vastly dynamic organization and growing team. You will work as an integrator, together with experts and stakeholders from Global Business Services, North America Market, Integrated Supply Chain, and Business Groups across Health Systems to define and implement a Make to Stock distribution model. You are responsible for: Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual Make to Stock Supply Chain objectives for the North America Market Execute Demand and Inventory Plan for Make to Stock Model businesses in the North America Market Monitor and manage inventory levels in the 3rd party warehouse that supports the demand plan of the market, optimizing cost and throughput Actively campaigns for quality and constantly seeks opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and cost effectiveness Identify and deliver on the reporting requirements of the Make to Stock Supply Chain to ensure visibility of inventory across the E2E chain Responsible for understanding backlog position, factory lead times, shipment and transportation status to keep the Make to Stock Inventory available for new customer sales Oversee and own all Make to Stock Program activities E2E including identification of risks, escalations, and initiation of E2E process improvements Other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned You are part of Philips' Operational Excellence & PMO team which consists of experienced lean thinkers who are responsible for moving the organization towards a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement. You will work closely with specific functional leaders, although you will report to the Operational Excellence and PMO Leader. This is part of the Global Business Services (GBS) North American hub in Nashville, Tennessee.
