In this role you will be responsible for identifying and securing business growth opportunities across various market verticals. This individual must not only be an effective self-starter that can actively source opportunities, but also possess strong networking and relationship building skills to establish key relationships and finalize opportunities. This individual will work closely with the solutions team to identify new vertical markets across which to leverage Becklar’s event response platform. Effectively markets Becklar and builds strong relationships with potential new partners. Leads the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships. Identifies new vertical opportunities: Develops and maintains a strong network of industry contacts and growth prospects Generates a steady flow of potential opportunities that align with the strategic growth plan for Becklar, LLC Regularly attends conferences, meetings and industry events. Participates in contract negotiations and execution: Partners with the executive leadership team and VP, M&A to evaluate and recommend partnerships, opportunities and agreements for discussion and approval. Develops appropriate internal and external deliverables such as term sheets. Leads communication and follow up with owners post contract signing to cultivate relationships and proper execution of key terms. Skills You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, MBA preferred. 10 years work experience with recurring services, healthcare and safety solutions or technology companies preferred. Experience building enterprise C-level relationships and early adopter partner programs Experience working with product management and solutions teams to identify new market verticals. Experience sourcing and building new relationships within the technology industry is preferred. Excellent business sense and ability to understand and resolve complex business issues. Strong analytical and writing skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively. Interact and influence across all levels within and outside our company. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to present to executive management. Ability to assimilate and work with multiple teams within the company. Strong understanding of corporate finance and financial modelling best-practices
