Our client is a leader in the Sales Performance Management space, and has an exceptional reputation in the market for helping high-performing organizations plan, design, and automate sales compensation plans for their employees. They are one of the fast-growing sales organizations in North America, and we are looking to add a Business Development Representative to this dynamic team. About The Role Engage C-level decision-makers in conversations focused on solving business pains in Sales Performance Management Leverage marketing efforts to target decision-makers and influencers Qualify prospects using specific sales methodologies Develop and maintain long-term business relationships Take a team selling approach and act as the first point of contact, introducing key internal stakeholders as appropriate in order to drive the sales process and provide value to the prospect Tracking all sales activity in Salesforce with excellent data hygiene Work from home or from one of our offices in Minneapolis and Toronto About You 6-12 months in B2B sales Experience in the software/technology industry Proven track record of delivering high-quality results You have the skill to determine, prospect and nurture suitable target accounts and uncover business opportunities using calling, email, and social media Committed to staying current with industry/sector trends You have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment and prove yourself Bonus if you speak Spanish and/or Portuguese What’s in it for you?
