Overview Seeking a highly motivated and well-spoken Mortgage Sales Trainer needed for our ProLO program (entry level Loan Officer training). This is an excellent opportunity for a current Mortgage Loan Consultant who is seeking career advancement. This individual is responsible for the development, facilitation and evaluation of training programs. The candidate must be able to assess training needs, design, develop and administer training programs. The desired candidate must be capable of acting with a high degree of independence, serving as the primary resource and mentor for training for all employees, with responsibility for developing knowledge and skill sets that lead to measurable performance increases. Responsibilities Facilitates training sessions for the ProLO program (mortgage fundamentals, sales strategies, Junior Loan Officer and non-licensed sales staff training) R ecommends, develops, administers and evaluates training curriculum to assist our departments achieve stated goals and objectiv Evaluates, and has direct or indirect responsibility for, the impact of training programs on the efficiency, accuracy, productivity and/or profitability of our company and its employ D evelops and executes needs assessments and testing procedures to identify training and development nee R esearches outside training sources; consults with others business units within NAF as appropriate to identify current training programs and materials appropriate for our company. C onfers with all levels of management to gain knowledge of work situations to identify and conduct special training needs. C reates and maintains written training manuals and job ai Prepares training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related material Conducts training sessions and monitors effectiveness. Effect change management within the organization and adopt theories of training Will be working alongside the VP of Sales Training, SVP of Production for ILA Sales, and other management.
