Are you a prospector that doesn’t get discouraged easily as you realize it takes time to gradually build that understanding and interest? Does it excite you to take that prospect from ‘who are you again?’ to ‘Yes, I’d like to learn more, let’s meet.’ Do you have a passion for small business and helping them to find better, smarter ways to do business? Compliant Pharmacy Alliance Cooperative (CPA®) is growing and we need a “boots on the ground”, dynamic, outgoing, relationship-focused Sales Representative to identify potential members. This role will be researching and identifying independent pharmacies in Tennessee and Arkansas that would be interested in, and benefit from, a cooperative partnership with CPA®. Working remotely from home, you will travel as needed throughout TN and AR to meet with prospects. What you’ll be doing: Prospecting – calling and meeting with potential customers, sharing how we can help them Developing relationships – building trust through multiple conversations and meetings to get to know them and find out if there is a fit between our business and theirs Asking for referrals – working with our current members to identify other pharmacies that would benefit from our services Partnering with leadership – once the prospective members have been qualified, work closely with the Regional Director of Sales to hand off the lead for final discussions and closure of contract What we’re seeking: 2-5 years of outside sales experience in a service-selling environment, or strong inside sales/customer service experience looking to take the next step to a prospector role in an outside sales environment Exceptional communication skills with patience and perseverance for a longer sales cycle Ability to regularly travel around TN and AR, including overnight travel (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a must) This position offers a salary ($50-60k) plus commission ($10-15k) in addition to great opportunities for growth within CPA®.
