Account Manager (Promotional Products) Job Summary A client of Crawford Thomas Recruiting is hiring for a completely REMOTE (Work from Home) Promotional Sales Representative located in the US. This opportunity will be focusing on the development of new business relationships while growing your current book of business of Custom Promotional Products customer accounts. Our client has been providing marketing and program development expertise for over 40 years. Communicate with corporate buyers, marketing professionals and others wanting to increase brand awareness, trade show traffic, employee retention Maintain your current client base while growing a book of business promotional products customers. Create sales presentations matching your promotional solutions to customers and target accounts needs. Provide input into new product lines and marketing efforts. Meet and exceed monthly sales objectives. Maintain consistent customer follow up, communication and consultation after the sale to protect and grow Market Share. Maintain cooperative working relationships with all necessary departments to ensure sales are generated and are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction. Contact cold and warm prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in person contacts. Obtain appointments for sales meetings, prepare presentations and proposals. Close sales and gather all detailed information to develop accurate sales plans. Education/Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required Knowledge of PPAI (Promotional Products Association International ) and ASI (commercial organization) is preferred Hold an active book of business and be presently servicing customer accounts is preferred Commercial B2B sales experience is highly preferred Good negotiation and sales skills.
