About The Role We’re growing so fast that we need additional Field Sales Representatives “FSR” to help manage customer interest and expand our presence in the Earned Wage Access space. Our FSR’s are responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads in multiple industry segments in the US. They are the face of Instant, and responsible for managing key tasks in the sales process including customer demonstrations, integration planning, compliance management, and contract negotiation. Experience in selling payroll solutions or payment technologies a plus. You will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales. About You You are a motivated, strategic, and results-oriented individual who is laser-focused on building a strong sales pipeline. Every day you look forward to cold-calling prospects, educating the market about the benefits of Instant, generating opportunities and setting appointments. You desire to become an expert at using lead generation tools to routinely extract contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists of prospects. You are able to conduct business development best practices with email, phone, and social media. In addition, you are passionate about fin tech and providing a world-class customer experience, and you thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment.
