Duties (360) Use an array of sales, BD and marketing techniques to engage new and existing clients Negotiate terms of business and salaries for candidates. This will include selling retained services. Qualify high level job briefs to the fullest detail Source high profile, hard to find candidates using modern techniques Managing the candidate process: sourcing, screening, , managing offer / resignation process Build an efficient social media and networking strategy, including hosting podcasts, attending and hosting events etc. Who you will be (360) Min 2 Years working for a staffing company that operates a 360 model or with a proven BD arc in recruitment, looking to close the loop and take on the candidate piece too.
