My client is a leading fresh item management software company that helps grocery retailers maximize their fresh food sell-through rate by increasing on-shelf availability, reducing marked down items, and improving margins. They grew by over 400% over the last 5 years and have over 20,000 deployments with major stores like Metro, Longos, Sobeys, Kroger, Wegmans, Whole Foods and Loblaws. With support from a leading private equity firm, their mission is to accelerate expansion globally, so they’re looking to add an entrepreneurial self-starter Enterprise Account Executives to their team. About The Role Drive net new revenue with new and existing accounts. Sell to mid-to large sized food retail enterprises in the United States. Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close. Act as the internal quarterback to close deals. Build a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual quota. Sell cross-functionally using a consultative sales approach. This is a client facing role so you will be spending approximately 50% of your time travelling (post-Covid). About You 7-10 years of proven quota attainment in the complex software industry. Experience generating net new business, managing a territory, and a pipeline. Quota Crusher: you have a demonstrated track record of consistently performing above targets. Must be someone who is entrepreneurial, curious, and motivated by the thrill of a sale Resourceful and completely comfortable working independently, but is also a team player.
