We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales and Account Representative who has a passion for creating, building and fostering lasting partnerships that shape our growing business. This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to join the team and help us continue to grow across the country. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. What you'll do: Review, manage and convert existing inbound leads Cultivate new leads through referrals, company provided leads, networking groups and cold calls Achieve and exceed monthly sales performance objectives through effective sales presentations to customers, efficient territory management, and thorough product knowledge Monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue Build and manage partnerships with clinics Develop comprehensive and accurate sales presentations using all approved marketing materials Hustle, have fun, and be creative Who we’re looking for: A people person you love making connections Those who know you would agree that you could sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo 3 years of sales/account management experience Previous sales experience in healthcare or tech - big plus Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite; experience using a CRM Experience using social networks to discover and promote new business Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive; inherent ability to anticipate problems and solve them before they occur Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple accounts in different stages of the sales cycle Possess integrity, autonomy and self-motivation, and be laser-focused on exceeding set goals Ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment This position is fully remote and offers a compensation package that includes base salary plus commission with tremendous upside and potential for growth
