Our practice is growing quickly and we’re seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our Head of Sales. Successful candidates will be highly experienced in managing sales cycles and developing repeatable processes. The ideal candidate ideally has experience at a marketing agency or a consulting company. To be successful the Sales Coordinator will be extremely detail oriented and will manage each step of the project sales cycle as the right-hand, trusted partner to our Head of Sales. They will also have strong communication skills such as project and time management and collaboration. Because most of the work is client-facing, communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people is very important. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Qualify: Introduce Invado to inbound leads and ensure that they’re a fit for the services we deliver (no cold calling) Guide : Shepherd 10 - 15 qualified opportunities through the entire sales process with the Head of Sales to ensure projects are thoroughly scoped and contracts are executed. Ensure the entire process is seamless. Manage: Be the right-hand person for our Head of Sales. Keep him on track and aware of important developments with clients and prospects to ensure that deadlines are met. Relationship Build: Act as a go-to resource for prospective clients as they work through our sales cycles. Identify potential hurdles and resolve them before they hinder the sales cycle. Create: Generate powerpoint presentations, post blog content generated by the Invado team, acquire sales tools. Optimize Processes: This is a new role for Invado. The Sales Coordinator will standardize processes to ensure that all potential clients have a consistent, outstanding experience. Qualifications Salesforce Experience: 2-4 years working in Salesforce Agency Experience : 2-4 years working at a Marketing agency, a Salesforce Agency, or similar Proven administrative or project management experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience required Additional Information Target Base salary - Dependent on experience 10% bonus potential Unlimited PTO 401k with 3% employer match Employer paid medical, dental, vision 100% Remote Work
