The role (Entry level medical device sales) Ideal Candidate Location: Field Based/Remote/ North West, OH; Toldeo, OH The Acute Pain Sales Support Specialist has the primary responsibility of supporting, implementing, and maintaining the Acute Pain business in a specified area of the US (ON-Q, ambIT, and all ancillary Acute Pain Products). The primary responsibility is to grow and maintain sales revenue by supporting existing and new customers in designated accounts and/or designated sales territories/regions. The candidate is expected to work side by side Acute Pain Business Development Managers, Territory Sales Managers, and Sales Channel Partners sales teams to solidify and enhance Acute Pain product use, implementing and articulating the Acute Pain Products and Product Portfolio value proposition in existing and new accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain base of Avanos Medical Acute Pain product sales & utilization within an assigned geography. Support sales leads by interfacing with clinician customers and identifying clinical needs for Avanos Medical Acute Pain’s products. Support channel partnerships in designated geographies, as put forward by BDM, AD, and RSM. Schedule product demonstrations, educational in-services, cases, and value-add services with Doctors, nurses, and operating room staff supporting Acute Pain product value propositions. Demonstrate effective use of all approved clinical data/studies and key placement guides. Work with all hospital call points to provide support needed to utilize Avanos Medical Acute Pain’s products. Conduct follow up on product used in cases as directed and authorized by the prescribing physician while following all hospital and Avanos Medical Acute Pain policies and procedures and respecting patient confidentiality. Complete all sales training assignments by assigned due dates. Provide vital and timely feedback to Avanos Medical Acute Pain on customer, product, and quality information and works within the Quality and Regulatory critical timelines for response Track allowed expenses, submit via Concur weekly, remain Sunshine Act compliant Corporate compliance and expense management compliance.
