Our Central Operations team is the glue that keeps the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization running smoothly. We partner closely with Sales, Geo Operations, and other cross-functional teams to manage key projects/programs that deliver measurable outcomes such as incremental revenue, time saved, hours automated, and more. We also drive innovation at UiPath, reimagining the processes and tools that are core to our GTM engine. Our goal is to provide massive leverage to all our Sales and Sales Operations partners by driving scale and simplicity in all that we do to go to market. We deliver innovations that touch every seller and sales leader at UiPath. Your Mission You will play a key role in driving innovation and transformation throughout our GTM operations. From scoping new project ideas to collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, you will manage the day-to-day execution of key project/programs. This role can be based remotely in the United States or Canada This is what you'll do at UiPath: Scope, manage and drive to completion key Revenue Operations projects/programs Execute project plan management and reporting (timelines, status updates, burn-down charts, briefings) Support, enable, and communicate with project stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional partners to write business requirements and participate in solution design Perform data-driven analyses to shape solutions to operational challenges Play role in quality management (data validation, automation testing, dashboard UAT) Assemble written deliverables (Highspot pages, PowerPoints, playbooks, briefings, manuals) Collect and summarize stakeholder feedback Read between the lines to tackle higher-level/ambiguous project deliverables (vs. just tasks) Manage action items/tickets across projects, with proactive follow-up Automation-first approach in everything you do, leveraging the UiPath platform where possible This is what you'll bring to our team: Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience in an analytical/operational role, such as sales operations, business operations, finance or management consulting Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce (including CPQ) Experience with or capacity and willingness to learn additional software tools - UiPath Citizen Developer, Tableau, Adaptive Preferred qualifications Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (including CPQ) Ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams to completion Ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders Effective communication and presentation skills to senior audiences Ability to use data-driven decision making in shaping solutions to operational challenges LI-LM2 Life at UiPath can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
