Summary Must have Workday Experience This is a remote role This position will report to the HR Operations and HRIS Manager. The HRIS Analyst will enhance the performance of our HR Technology (Workday). This role supports the HRIS Manager with expanding design and development of our HRIS initiatives to ensure the successful and accurate administration, operation, and alignment of the system with PM Pediatrics strategic objectives and HR-specific goals. Description This is a remote opportunity Provide Workday support and assist with solutions to include development, testing, maintenance, reporting and integration. Develop ad hoc reports to support data requests from internal clients. Recommend and define logic for reports, develop standard reporting to meet business requirements, and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity. Ensure system accuracy through regular audits, recognizing data problems or inconsistencies by understanding Workday data feeds and how they work with other business systems. Review, test and implement upgrades in Workday (including weekly updates, semi-annual feature releases, and ongoing changes), participating as a technical team member for module testing and upgrades. Provide point-of-contact technical assistance to both HR SMEs and End-Users of Workday, including reporting, troubleshooting and queries as needed. Consult with HR SMEs and other departments to determine HRIS needs. Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports. Perform application upgrades, as well as and providing training and technical support. Review business process approvals in a timely manner (terminations, job changes, etc.). Assist with Workday Community searches to investigate and resolve issues. Support best practice technical solutions to meet business requirements. IND123 Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, human resources management, or business administration. 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst in a related industry. Knowledge of Workday a must. Experience with an emphasis on Human Capital Management (Workday Reporting experience strongly preferred). Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes. Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff. Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics. Advanced proficiency in database management and security. Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits. Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends within Workday.
