As a Project Manager for the UHC E&I Member Engagement and Experience team within national strategic marketing, you'll utilize innovative strategies and evaluate member marketing requests across products, programs and stakeholders. Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) The Member Experience Project Manager will manage the intake process for B2C marketing requests from across the enterprise. This individual will focus evaluation and organization of requests, discovery and information gathering, communication / follow up and workflow management for all proposed E&I member touchpoints across the organization. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges. Minnetonka, MN preferred. Primary Responsibilities: Manage all B2C requests submitted into the E&I B2C Intake inbox Utilize guided process to understand partners’ business and member objectives; assess their needs to ensure request is accurately communicated to B2C marketing stakeholders; identify existing assets / touchpoints available to leverage when appropriate; project manage requests across internal stakeholders as needed Leverage strong understanding of cross-functional teams across the company, and build and maintain strategic relationships Send follow up communication per the E&I B2C Intake process flow Gather and/or document information and requirements on stakeholders’ intake requests (requirements, specifications, and/or needs) Develop / maintain business process documentation for use within the team, and identify / recommend opportunities for improvement (e.g., process / workflows, workstreams) Lead regular intake prioritization/assessment meetings with Member Experience and Engagement leadership team, collect agenda items, send recaps, manage follow-up action items Document and track requests; maintain collateral inventory; develop new content tracking systems and recommend strategies for maintenance Project manage requests within workflow management software; execute creative, legal, and accessibility reviews; manage reviewer comments and incorporate edits to finalize member-facing creative content Lead and support special projects as needed You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 5 years of project management experience Experience within the healthcare insurance industry Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener.
