Are you detail oriented (project management whiz) and knows how to organize, manage and implement multiple initiatives and people to a timely end result? Are you well versed using online project management software and have outstanding communication skills? In this unique role you will be responsible for the end to end production and management of our proprietary personal development “ INNERCISE™’ online brain training programs. You will hire and manage a team focused on writing and developing audio, video and (in the near future) virtual reality based personal development programs. This includes working with writers, editors and sound/audio engineers and a team of graphic artists to produce program content, manuals, checklists or charts needed required with our brain training/personal development programs. In essence, with our CEO, you will drive the research, content and creation of our brain training audios and videos programs. Our CEO is a New York Times Best Selling author and leader in the personal development industry. Audio/Video / engineers Experience in personal development and growth (on yourself) Google Docs Expertise & Asana project management preferred Preferred Education and Experience Created meditation, mindfulness, Elearning and online personal development training programs Psychology/Neuropsychology Degree or similar preferred Cognitive behavior, gamification, mind/brain training/conditioning Job Duties Recruit and manage talent / subcontractors of content development, researchers, writers, A/V Engineers, copy editors, voice over artists. San Diego, CA area is preferred. Will consider remote full time work for the right candidate.
