Sales Operations Specialist The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing all activities relating to sales operations, order processing, customer contracts and key components of sales effectiveness that are essential to help ensure sales excellence. The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting all customer and vendor contract / proposal activities (contract administration), and provides general sales and sales operations support. This role is ideally suited for someone detail-oriented who is experienced in, and who enjoys, digital health, medical device, and /or pharmaceutical proposal / contract development and administration. Also important is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines, with a customer-service attitude, and experience with Customer Relation Management systems. As Biofourmis scales up commercialization it is important the successful candidate has set up sales operations systems with efficiency and audit in mind. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to accept ownership for a diverse range of duties. This is a remote position ideally suited for someone in the contiguous US. Responsibilities Track Invoices for client contracts and partner with finance on revenue recognition. Draft new contracts and agreements as assigned QA review of contracts / proposals to ensure consistency and compliance with terms and conditions / approvals Work across teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations) to complete contracts Assist in the development, adherence to, and refine contracting policies and procedures Maintain physical and electronic files Assist to update contract, proposal and business term templates Assist Commercial team with proposal development Maintain CRM with the required price books, quoting tools for device order management, and QA processes Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting needs Order processing duties to include order entry, sending confirmations, and other general order related questions Provide general support to Commercial team as needed (e.g., generate quotations, help locate marketing materials, keep CRM database of customers updated) Assist with various tasks and admin support as needed (e.g., contribute to process or document development, create CRM dashboards and reports) Work with Operations to ensure alignment with inventory management Requirements Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; education in contract management a plus 4 years of relevant work experience Hospital / healthcare / Pharma / Med Tech experience desired Experience with SaaS contracts Experience building tools for effective Sales Operations Experience drafting contracts and contract review process Excellent organization and time management skills Aptitude to carry out multiple assignments concurrently Able to be an effective team member and handle project assignments responsibly Demonstrate very strong oral and written communication skills Strong customer service mindset Proficient in CRM preferred
