iMethods is seeking a full time Client Results Managers to support iMethods' national expansion plan. this position is remote but travel is required to existing and prospective clients to educate, identify needs, and close new business. The preference would be to have applicants that live in one of the following locations: Dallas, TX Houston, TX Austin, TX Role Summary: The Client Results Manager (CRM) serves as the primary representative of iMethods to one or more client accounts. Responsible for successfully consulting with healthcare clients in the development of strategic health improvement plans by presenting iMethods healthcare IT services in a specified geographic market. Service offerings include, but are not limited to, healthcare consulting, healthcare IT staff augmentation, and recruiting/permanent search services. Coordinates with VP of Client Results to ensure quality service is provided. This role will be both strategic and tactical delivering positive results for the client and iMethods. Travel is required to existing and prospective clients to educate, identify needs, and close new business. This role is an exempt position and will report to the Client Results Director. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for successfully selling iMethods healthcare IT services in a specified geographic market. Identify and properly qualify business opportunities. Present iMethods solutions to executive levels of organizations and prepare formal proposals. Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision-making processes, and overcome objections to closure. Maintain a strong knowledge of healthcare technology initiatives and provide accurate sales forecasts/reports to management in a timely and consistent manner. Contact current and potential clients on a daily basis and assure their healthcare consulting, healthcare IT staff augmentation, and permanent search needs are achieved. Utilize company processes and systems, including pre-employment screening of candidates Manage client and consultant relationships, expectations, and maintain service levels. Develop territory strategy, prioritize work efforts, and accomplish defined sales goals. Travel to client sites throughout the specified geographic market. Teach, lead, and/or direct the work of others. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrate ability to evaluate and create selling opportunities. Ideal applicant will contain excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, be able to work independently and contain self-discipline and focus. Strong follow up skills and ability to maintain open communication with all clients Excellent time management skills and ability to increase efficiency over time. Have a hands-on approach and interface effectively at all levels. Strong communication skills (both orally and in writing). Customer focused attitude to work through issues in a fast paced environment Creative problem solving skills and ability to think through solutions to multiple issues that may arise. Be sensitive to company needs, employee goodwill, client needs, and the public image. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Willing and able to take on special projects as needed. Experience with CRM, ATS tools, and using Microsoft Office applications. Education and Work Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience. At least three years of healthcare IT recruiting experience or 2-3 years of selling and/or account management experience in healthcare IT field required.
