Full-Time Quality Assurance (QA) and Business Data Analyst for E-commerce Golden Lighting, Inc. is an established and growing distribution company headquartered in Tallahassee, FL, and we’re looking for a self-motivated, hard-working, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) and Business Data Analyst to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering our residential lighting products across multiple E-commerce and retail stores with unmatched customer service. This QA and Business Data Analyst position has numerous opportunities for professional growth and for making significant contributions to the company. The QA and Business Data Analyst position is similar to a software tester, but in this case, you would be auditing E-commerce pages to ensure our products are listed correctly. Another difference is that you will be able to make corrections directly through E-commerce portals instead of just writing up bug reports. Your duties would also include managing extensive product data within databases and spreadsheets along with continually uploading new products to all partner retailer sites (e.g. Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.) The position will interact with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service departments to ensure that initiatives are coordinated and executed on time and accurately. This position will report directly to the Sales Director, and the annual salary will be competitive based on your level of experience. Although there may be some flexibility with part-time remote work opportunities, we do require applicants for this position to either be located in the Tallahassee, FL area or to be interested in relocating. If you're OK with this requirement and are interested in this opportunity, please read on As a QA and Business Data Analyst, your duties will include Uploading and distributing product data and media assets to all retailers (multiple channels) Managing product data within different databases and MS Excel spreadsheets Reducing the product on-boarding process time for any new product releases or new customers Auditing E-commerce partners’ sites for content integrity, completeness, and optimization Working with Customer Service to answer support-related questions when necessary Creating, optimizing, and managing enhanced content for top E-commerce accounts Managing E-commerce supplier portal accounts Becoming proficient with our internal ERP system (NetSuite) to independently create and modify reports as well as manage customer and item records Producing and communicating regular E-commerce reports to the management team Staying abreast of E-commerce industry trends and innovations to drive new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals Assisting in determining appropriate strategies to reduce returns and increase buyer conversions Assisting in communication between the Sales and Design/Supply Chain teams in order to implement new product data/content requirements internally Performing other duties in support of overall E-commerce and company goals Being open to the opportunity to grow your skills and duties Requirements This job might be for you if You have outstanding knowledge of MS Excel and understand the advanced functions of Excel (critical requirement) You have strong writing skills and professional communication (email and phone) You are incredibly detail-oriented and have the natural talent for spotting errors You are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic You have the confidence to solve problems and be creative You have experience with analyzing data to draw relevant business-related decisions You have basic knowledge of generating process documentation You are enthusiastic and passionate about your work You like taking initiative You are highly proficient on the computer You are able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines You have effective time and project management skills You are able to effectively communicate your thoughts and ideas You can successfully pass a background check and drug screening You have a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma with relevant work experience You have a strong desire to grow your responsibilities and make a bigger contribution to the company’s success You have prior experience Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (this is a plus) You have prior knowledge of using team collaboration software like Confluence (this is a plus) You have prior experience with Product Content Management software like Salsify (this is a plus) You've worked with other E-commerce platforms like Shopify (this is a plus) Benefits Here at Golden Lighting, we understand that highly satisfied employees are key to a thriving business.
