Nozomi Networks is seeking a high-energy, experienced Channel Manager for The Americas, to develop, motivate and nurture our diverse channel partners in region. This individual will play a key role in driving our continued growth in the Americas. The Channel Manager will report to the Senior Director of Channel Sales and will be a key member of the channel team responsible for Nozomi Networks’ channel partner ecosystem. The best candidate will have demonstrated experience developing a regional channel program, have been successful in recruiting, on-boarding, and enabling partners. The Channel Manager will work closely with the Nozomi Networks’ Sales and Technical teams to build a strong pipeline of incremental channel-led business to ensure the continued growth in the region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment. You will be passionate about selling and helping advance innovative solutions with distributors, resellers, system integrators, OEM partners and MSSPs. Responsibilities : Work with colleagues to develop a regional channel partner strategy for the Americas Recruit targeted and specific channel partners to the Nozomi Networks’ channel program where necessary Ongoing technical and sales enablement of channel partner ecosystem Ongoing management of channel and technology partner relationships Develop and present regular metrics reporting by partner Work effectively with Nozomi Networks’ regional sales and technical teams across regional offices Execute against the business plan and make quick adjustments both tactically and strategically to serve both Nozomi Networks and our partner ecosystem Exceed quarterly results for sales bookings Meet / Exceed Channel specific Objectives and Key Results (OKR’s) Learn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends Attend industry trade shows and security related conferences in support of activities Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders, channel partners, technology partners, and team members Play an active role in driving growth in a winning, team oriented, hyper responsive culture Provide input into overall company strategy and product roadmap Work closely with Marketing to design and implement promotions, campaigns and awareness with channel partners Other duties as assigned by CEO or CTO to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience 8 years sales experience in technology software or information security 5 years in a start-up technology company High Performer who goes above & beyond Can demonstrate strong relationships with existing channel partners in region Can demonstrate experience building and/or managing a regional channel program for a software vendor (ideally in IT / IoT / OT Security) Ability to work effectively as a remote employee Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues and customers on a daily basis Willingness to travel extensively (often with short notice) Ability and interest to work remotely from a home office when not at a corporate office Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen in accordance with applicable laws Must be bi-lingual – English & Spanish; fluency in Portuguese is a nice-to-have… not required Preferred location is East coast of U.S., but open to other locations in the US Powered by JazzHR 2kKx68QOfE
