To fuel that growth, we have another exciting opportunity for a Personal Lines Account Manager with Insurance and Financial Services at Champions , an Acrisure Agency partner. This position is responsible for working with personal lines accounts on prospective and existing business opportunities. The position will identify client needs and recommend products that will address them. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverages Review of policies, verifies accuracy Set priorities and manages work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities Investigate client issues and resolve problems Make recommendations upon client needs & demographics Process renewals according to agency procedures. Complete applications, possibly in coordination with Sales Executive(s); submits applications to eligible and appropriate carriers, follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies Maintain communication on a regular basis with clients to ensure client satisfaction Interface with other departments to ensure proper client service Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately Determine reasons for request for cancellations; act to save accounts; notify Sales Executive This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.
