As part of the Global Integrated Marketing team, you will focus on executing digital paid media campaigns that directly deliver upon KPIs and managing those campaigns from start to finish. You will also be responsible for channel campaign measurement and reporting, inclusive of testing, that leads to optimization within and across channels. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of B2B marketing across all paid digital channels and an in-depth understanding of the digital media landscape to be able to best advise and create effective campaigns. You must be passionate about quality and have a mindset of constant improvement. You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure paid campaigns are aligned to company priorities and marketing objectives. A balance of analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong organization and communication skills is key. LOCATION: New York, Philadelphia, Boston, Washington D.C. Locations outside of New York will require monthly travel to New York headquarters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute integrated campaigns across all channels, including campaign creation, forecasting, budgeting and pacing, testing and optimization Day to day oversight of paid social (LinkedIn & Twitter), native (Dianomi), and Google Ads Ensure campaign performance across all channels are meeting business objectives and marketing KPIs Continuously optimize budget across and within marketing tactic ensure MROI; Report out on ongoing tests and initiatives and share key learnings with internal stakeholders Leverage all data sources available to regularly analyze paid activities and performance to optimize productivity and improve return on investment Prepare and deliver expert level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights on digital campaigns into tangible, actionable solutions for business partners and marketing colleagues to implement Collaborate with creative teams and help direct the production of digital and advertising materials Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 4 years of recent combined experience in paid campaigns and marketing analytics; Experience in an agency is preferred Experience executing campaigns across paid social, display networks, native, Google Ads, and direct publishers Strong background in digital media and digital media analytics, including working knowledge of Google Analytics Experience with Financial Services is a plus Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience A balance of analytical skills as well as strong organization and communication skills is key Strong sense of curiosity, accountability, and ability to execute projects of all sizes with vision & purpose An internal drive to achieve and an ability to deliver excellent work in agreed upon timelines A clear affinity for working at a mission-driven sustainability company Benefits WHAT WE OFFER: Our people are our main asset.
